Enhances position shifting technique

Beginning on the first string, fifth fret, play the note using all four fingers in this order

(Finger numbers circled, fret numbers plain).

Slide up and down the fretboard and experiment with other patterns.

Go down and up chromatically, but use fingers as indicated here.
